We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Architect with over 5 years of experience in designing and implementing enterprise-level data architectures. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data mesh principles, advanced data modeling, and modern data platform architectures, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with business goals.
💡 Key Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years in data architecture.
- Hands-on experience applying data mesh principles across multiple domains.
- Proven expertise in dimensional modeling (Star and Snowflake schema).
- In-depth knowledge and experience with Data Vault 2.0 modeling.
- Experience designing enterprise data architectures using modern lakehouse, delta lake, and warehouse patterns.
- Ability to design logical, physical, and canonical data models aligned with business domains.
- Knowledge of metadata management, data catalogs, MDM, data lineage, and data governance best practices.
- Understanding of data privacy regulations and secure data architecture design.
Technical Proficiency:
- Expert in Python.
- Expert in Open Format Tables (Delta Lake, Iceberg, or Hudi).
- Certified Azure or GCP Professional Data Architect.
- Expertise in GCP Dataplex, Databricks Unity Catalog.
- Advanced skills in Spark and/or Flink.
